Hakim confirms everything is moving forward and asks for the layer files. I have them but its never good practice as a NFT artist to give anyone your layer files so I tell him I don't have them but send him all 10,000 images from the collection.

Other than the fact it took an entire day to download the files all is good. He downloads the files so he has them to make his 3d videos (he promised multiple in his proposal shown above) all is good.

I tell him I'm glad to be working with him and that I trust he can get things done. He says likewise. There is no hostility as there is still the impression everything will be delivered.

Payment is received and he confirms. He promises to round up the team everything seems like it's moving.

All is still good but of note he promises 5 collaborations including one with a game that he is working with. As you will see he never delivered a single collaboration but here he promises 5 of them.

In his proposal above he wanted money and 500 NFTs (on mint) so I'm just confirming with him how he intends to distribute those. I also let him know they will need to be split because one person should not have 500 NFTs.

In this message he lays out a plan and schedule and promises to put in his best work to adhere to it. He also talks about lining up partnerships something you will see he never once did the entire time.

Remember his proposal included running of all social media, I bring up Twitter he changes his stance to we will work on that later. I let it slide still trusting he knows what he's doing and will eventually run social media as promised (he never will though).

The Discord moderation promised in the proposal is said to start soon. I make him an admin so he can deal with his people. Everything still all good.

Hakim sends some 3d renders for the multiple videos he promised before payment. Also tells me he has a writer who's worked on Ren & Stimpy and other shows all sounds good unfortunately all lies.

In this message he tries to scam me on a Cryptopunk but I don't take the bait. He suggests a minting price of .03 eth. This is important because later on he will say that the price he chose was too high and blame me. I tell him that Don (a venture capitalist invested) needs to be reimbursed some things and we need to give to cancer charities so that's low but I go with it anyway.

This is when I start to get suspicious. It's February 11th and there is still no Discord moderation. Remember (or just scroll to) February 7th he promised Discord moderators would start that day when they woke up. I still decide not to make a big deal of it but clearly he has an issue keeping to his word.

He asks if I tried the game which is a bigger concern to him than my actual project. This should have been a red flag that he was spending time on other clients and almost none on me but I just let it slide. We are now way behind his proposed schedule.

We go over the series some more and I re emphasize that motivation and overcoming cancer should be part of the narrative he sends me a rough draft for the series.

Once again he promises a short series of videos and we discuss theme. The series would never come.

He sends one intro video which isn't even part of the actual series but is a good intro to the collection and once again promises collabs he will never deliver.

He sends some 3d renders for the series they look good.

We go over Opensea killing royalties and the effect that will have he still mentions 0 opposition to his proposed price.

More about the game but this time he mentions a possible collaboration something that will never happen. Asks about a Space.

Sends a Press Release promising a short series from someone I've never heard of but also that will never actually happen. Just more fraud.

He asks some questions about the collection then once again shifts to the game hes working on not my project.

I go over our lack of organic reach he proposes a weekly Twitter space.

We talk more about Twitter spaces and I let him know there won't be much of anyone from our end he says his people can get plenty of people which is a lie.

We go over our schedules and then remember how he promised social media management? The only thing he will ever do to even come close is send me this one picture to post. That's all the social media management he will ever give and unlike promised its on me not him to do.

He completely blows me off until April 13th when I make a comment about Ethereum all he says is 100. No plan no ideas. Ghosts me entirely until June 22nd when I ask for the launch plan he promised in February and when the social media control he promised in February will take place.

He says on the 13th we will start doing daily spaces then blows it off on the 14th but makes one on the 15th, brings a few people in.

He promises that his New Zealand guys can get more people in to a space so I run one the next day as he promised daily spaces and nobody shows up for 32 minutes not even him. He then ghosts me entirely so I ask when we will see organic activity like promised.

He makes up excuse after excuse why he hasn't delivered anything yet. Doesn't answer for a single promise he's blown off like being able to get more people into spaces. Blames the price (that he suggested remember). Blames everything except the fact that he hasn't done much of anything he promised. I tell him we need an audience to give a vision (like he has promised to bring since the beginning and failed to do). He brings up the Craig Snyder partnership which is worthless because he hasn't made it happen.

He makes more and more excuses anything to try to divert from the fact he hasn't even come close to delivering anything that was promised. He promises to revisit at the end of the month. Then he pulls his Discord team that he promised until mint time.

He says you need to build an audience one person at a time but I remind him that not a single person showed up not even him.

I ask him if he plans to keep his word when the market recovers and let him know if that's the case everything is cool but if not he's just another scammer (which objectively is fact looking at what he promised versus what he delivered).

I let him know that since he has been absent I have accumulated a celebrity following including Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Gabriel Iglesias, John Cena, and Tommy Chong (probably forgetting someone). I remind him that the money spent for how little he provided is a scam.

Almost a year has gone by and no word. None of the videos he promised have been delivered. He never came up with another plan like promised. His Discord team never came back. Lie after lie after lie. However he said he created the video series so I figure I'll ask him for that.

By now it's clear he intends to scam and not follow through with a single thing he's promised. I tell him I'll hold off on retaliatory action. Despite the fact that he scammed me he calls me a scammer and piece of shit in a fit of projection. Anything to avoid giving what he promised.
